Firstly accepting vulnerability and that sometimes falling is actually ok! We will always be faced with challenges and we will always pick ourselves up. Secondly, you are your choices. We can choose to look into the past, blame others or we can choose to learn, reflect, accept and move forward with strength and no resistance. Finally self acceptance, only you know who you truly are. Achieving that internal strength is a journey worth starting.

Working with Shahleeni has helped me to think about my goals in a new way. Using the tools and processes she provided during our sessions enabled me to change how I approach a goal or problem, making them feel more achievable. Since speaking to Shaheeni, I feel more confident when confronted with new situations at work and in my personal life. I now consider these new life skills I'll continue using in all my life areas.
Understanding my values allowed me to prioritise areas in my life and think about why I make certain decisions professionally and personally. This is something I will continue to think about going forward.
I found it easy to work with Shahleeni; her approach and questions enabled me to think through issues pragmatically and find answers to problems myself.

My coaching sessions with Shahleeni have enabled me to have my structure, goals and intentions. The coaching sessions have allowed me to think critically about how all elements of my life align and how it ties in with my greater life purpose and goals. Our sessions made me realise how everything in life works in tandem together. Through a series of reflections, I became explicitly aware of how my university degree correlates with everything I currently do and how it can aid future projects and initiatives. Shahleeni constantly encourages me to think independently – the continuous probe of ‘what else?’ has forced me to articulate issues, worries or stresses and face them with a solution-orientated response. This element of introspection and anchoring my values and passion through critical reflection has been a significant highlight of my sessions with Shahleeni.
I can see my personal and professional improvements since beginning my coaching journey with Shahleeni. Shahleeni is like a secret weapon to help me navigate through life. Since our sessions began, I have naturally found myself being more reflective on how things align with my larger vision and mission. After each session, Shahleeni provides a 1-pager that guides my thinking throughout journaling. Before our sessions, I found it very difficult to sit there and write, but after Shahleeni highlighted the benefits and advantages of journaling – I began writing both reflectively and expressively. I have always been relatively confident, but my coaching sessions with Shahleeni have birthed a new sense of confidence towards my abilities and capabilities and a deeper understanding of how everything in my life aligns and builds on each other.
Shahleeni has helped me to think about what it is I want to prioritise in my life and helped make me feel my goals are achievable. She will ask me questions that that help me motivate myself to do things that would previously have just been a thought.

Shahleeni is extremely approachable and makes you feel comfortable in opening up, like no problem is too big. The sessions, as well as the resources, help to build my confidence, positive mindset and reach practical goals. I look forward to continuing to work with Shahleeni, the sessions are empowering as well as enjoyable.
I will continually be super appreciative of my progress because of the coaching sessions I have had with Shaleeni. I was previously low in confidence and allowed challenges in my past to control how I lived my life and a negative narrative I had with myself. Shahleeni has supported me to change how I process things that have happened and allowed me to define my own future. I have developed the power to acknowledge the achievements in my life and the extent to which I have progressed whilst working with Shaleeni, and proactively think about what individual goals I wish to achieve to support my increased confidence and happiness. I still sometimes find it challenging if I'm in a difficult space, although I can acknowledge why I am feeling how I am feeling and think more about how to step forward, instead of stepping back.
Coaching with Shahleeni has helped me immensely. With the support and guidance of Shahleeni I have gained more clarity in not just juggling my roles and responsibilities at work and outside work but I have also developed a clear plan in in how to move forward and achieve my personal and professional aims. Shahleeni has provided me with the space to process difficult situations arising from work, which has allowed me to come up with solutions in making progress. Without that space and guidance I know I would not have been able to achieve what I have already achieved in such a short space of time.
Coaching sessions with Shahleeni are always something to look forward to. I have gained clarity on several topics we worked on and came away with action steps to be completed by me each time. It was of great value to have a coach who also functioned as an accountability partner. Every time I saw Shahleeni she followed up on the progress I had made since the last session. This helped me to stay focused and reach my goals.
